On Friday, March 20, 2020, the Governor provided additional guidance for the closure of non-essential businesses. Click here to review the news release. The one change to this news release is that enforcement for the closure of businesses began today, Monday, March 23, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., and not this past Saturday, March 21. The PA State Police will help to enforce this rule for all non-life-sustaining businesses. Criminal penalties are possible, including fines and jail time.
